What really excites us the most are the emails and messages sent by our users. In 30% of cases these are application interference notifications, but other 70% are questions and messages with various content. At the end of the day, we know we are doing the right thing if our efforts make the user arrive where they want.

CarGo is an application through which you can order a ride from point A to point B, where payment is made with a credit card, or with CarGo credit (Telenor bank, Mts credit, PayPal account and iPay voucher).
Once you install the application, register an account and specify a payment method, you can order a ride. When you arrive at the destination, the system automatically calculates the price and removes funds from the account. Your bill will arrive in an email.
The price is set according to the pre-defined price list.
61 dinars for start, 59 dinars per kilometer, 6 dinars per minute. Minimum amount for a drive is 289 dinars.
Eco class :
69 dinars for start, 69 dinars per kimometer, 8 dinars per minute. Minimum amount for a drive is 338 dinars.
Before ordering a ride, you have the option to check the recommended price of the ride to your destination through “Fare Estimate” option. This is the approximate recommended price for the set distance.
Credit card (Visa and Master) or with CarGo credit (Telenor bank, Mts credit, iPay or PayPal account).
Payments made through mts are processed immediately, while the ones made through Telenor take up to 3 hours. We advise you to pay your credit to your account earlier than the scheduled time of the ride.

During the promo period, you need to enter the promo code before ordering the drive in the indicated part of the application. First choose CarGo credit as a Payment method, then click the Promo code in the bottom right code and enter your code.
Try to set the service payment method to the method you wish to pay for the ride, but if you still cannot get a vehicle then, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To use the application, you need to turn on GPS and locate it on the map. Currently CarGo operates in the territory of Belgrade, and soon it will be available at Zurich.
To add payment methods, your location pin needs to be located in a city where the CarGo service is available. Therefore, before adding the payment method, make sure your location within the application is set to either Belgrade or Zurich.
